Monthly Alignment Blueprint

Each month of the Leadership Playbook is anchored to specific TPESS Domains and ESF Levers, ensuring leadership actions remain aligned to the district’s vision, instructional priorities, governance structures, and accountability systems. The Playbook serves as a monthly support system for principals and leadership teams, outlining key priorities and actions related to federal programs, T-TESS, TIA, special programs, professional development, and campus improvement efforts. This alignment helps guide leadership meetings, PLC priorities, data analysis discussions, professional learning design, and evaluation or governance cycles throughout the month. When the focus domains and levers are clearly established at the beginning of the month, leadership work remains strategic, coordinated, and focused on continuous improvement.
